Mt. Diablo

We ran it. Manon and I. 4.9 miles.... 8k sounds better. The time was 77 minutes. The beginning was brutal, uphill, really steep uphill. I'm sore but I'm relieved that I was able to do it. I haven't really been running as much as I should have. Downhill is a blast. There were some sharp curves that were tricky to navigate. Then the trail would incline up and my fleet feet would grind to a halt. Rob and Diana came in about 8 minutes later. I need to take a bath to ease my sore muscles... after Stargate Atlantis.
